Adrian has had extensive experience in the field of company stewardship as an Executive Manager in Finance, Management, and Director since 1975/76 both with private as well as public sector respectively.

Since going into the world of consultancy, Adrian devotes his expertise to assisting small to medium size enterprises (SME's) in particular the involvement of Papua New Guinean's themselves.
His lengthy commercial experiences including as advisor to Government and Churches has given him thorough understanding of the structures and operations at all levels of the local community.
As a devout nationalist Adrian has had a broad range of activities in the community:-
- Co founder and member of Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) PNG including several terms as President.
- President of Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce and Industry involving one term as President.
- President of PNG Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the first ever National President in 1993 - 1995.
- Financial advisor to Catholic Archdiocese of Bereina and Port Moresby .
